The Clarisonic is one of those things I really wanted to try. I heard about it around the time I wanted to get the Personal Microderm Device (PMD). I could not get them both and in the End, the PMD won as I felt it would suit my needs best. Then a few months after purchasing the PMD, I was on YouTube and I learned about this brush by Vitagoods. It's Called Spin For Perfect Skin. I was very excited. I bought the Spin For Perfect Skin brush after I stopped using my PMD (needed to get more discs). I needed something that was going to help with my acne and helping to keep my face clean and clear.Yes, I know, it is not the Clarisonic and I have never used one so I can't compare the two. However, from other people who have used both, they say it is a cheaper alternative. I must say that I love this brush. I was so excited when I received it in the mail. I immediately went upstairs and used it. My face felt so clean, smooth, and refreshed.
Now, I will caution that at first you may want to use it for just a few short minutes. I thought I had tough skin, but because it felt so good on my face I used it for a little too long and the next day there were some tender and rough patches on my cheeks, chin, and the corners of my nose. So just watch out for that. Using this brush, my skin is brighter, my pores have reduced in size and it just feels good.
The brush is waterproof so you can take it into the shower. It is lightwieght and feels comfortable in my hand. It comes with two brushes for your face. One for cleansing and the other for exfoliation. I use the cleansing brush once, sometimes twice a day, and the exfoliating brush once a week. It also comes with a third bigger brush. This one is for your body. I love to use this with my favorite body wash/scrub. It comes with a pumice stone for your feet, which I do use, but not very often. It uses four (4) AA batteries, which are not included. Although, I would have preferred that it could be plugged in to recharge (as their Mini Pro 360 Brush), it has been about four months or so since I got it and I have not replaced the batteries yet! There are seven different colours to choose from. It retails for $100. However, you can get here on Amazon for about $40!
